This article applies to the Tease Necklace and Tease Ring.
1. Check the charging cable
Find the charger cable provided with your order. If you misplaced yours, you can purchase a new one here.
Plug the charging cable into a USB-C charging port without your product attached - the light should turn blue. If there is no light, try another USB port on a different device/charging adapter, or a different CRAVE charger.
Note: Please use only CRAVE-certified chargers embossed with the CRAVE logo. Using non-CRAVE chargers will damage your product.
2. Charge the Tease for 24 hours
Unscrew the Tease apart from the center line and screw the charging cord into the body (the side with the button on the end). Plug the charger into the charging port and charge for 24 hours.
When a rechargeable battery sits unused for an extended period, it can slowly lose charge and may take longer than normal to recharge. It can also lose its capacity entirely, so recharge your products consistently.
3. Re-assembled the product
The Tease won't function without the metal bridge or necklace attached, with the two halves firmly together. Verify that pieces are assembled and tightened.
4. Turn on your product
Press the power button. You can cycle through settings by clicking the button and double-clicking for turbo mode. Press and hold to turn off.
