Having trouble? Try this quick start guide to get your Duet Classic running.
1. Check the charging
Pull apart the Duet Classic at the centerline and plug the USB-A plug into a USB-A charging port.
The button should light up and pulse slowly when the product is charging. A constant light indicates full charge. If it does not light up, try pressing the center (o) power button once to activate charging.
2. Charge the Duet Classic for 24 hours
When a rechargeable battery sits unused for an extended period, it can slowly lose charge and may take longer than normal to recharge. It can also lose its capacity entirely, so recharge your products consistently.
3. Re-assembled the product
The Duet Classic won't function without the two halves assembled firmly together. Verify that pieces are assembled and tightened.
4. Turn on your product
Press the power button. You can cycle through patterns by clicking the middle (o) button and change intensity using the (+) and (-) buttons. Active turbo mode by holding down (o) for 2 seconds while on its highest settings. Press and hold (o) to turn off.
Tip: Avoid silicone lube
Liquid silicone can damage the silicone cap, button, and internal parts that make your product waterproof. Sometimes liquid silicone can show up in liquid hand soaps or skincare products. Common silicone ingredients might be listed on the label as cyclomethicone or dimethicone.
