Having trouble? Try this quick start guide to get your Vesper running.
This article applies to Vesper, Vesper 2, and Vesper Mini.
1. Check the charging cable
Find the charger cable provided with your order. If you misplaced yours, you can purchase a new one here.
Plug the charging cable into a USB charging port without your product attached - the light should turn blue. If there is no light, try another USB port on a different device/charging adapter, or a different CRAVE charger.
Note:
- The Vesper and Vesper 2 chargers are USB-A compatible, while the Vesper Mini charger is USB-C.
- Please use only CRAVE-certified chargers embossed with the CRAVE logo. Using non-CRAVE chargers will damage your product.
2. Charge the Vesper for 24 hours
Unscrew the Vesper cap and screw the charging cord into the same cavity. Plug the charger into the charging port and charge for 24 hours.
When a rechargeable battery sits unused for an extended period, it can slowly lose charge and may take longer than normal to recharge. It can also lose its capacity entirely, so recharge your products consistently.
3. Re-assembled the product: Cap is required
Our Vespers require the cap to be screwed on tightly for it to function. The Vesper will notify you that the cap is not on with a few short vibrations.
Unscrew the charger from the Vesper, screw on the provided cap, ensuring nothing gets caught, and tighten it lightly.
If you misplaced your cap, you can purchase a new one for your Vesper and Vesper 2 here. We don't currently sell them for Vesper Minis, so please contact us if you need one!
4. Turn on your product
Press the power button. You can cycle through settings by clicking the button. Press and hold to turn off.
