Crave warrants its product for 1 year from the original purchase date against any defects due to manufacturing defects—at CRAVE's discretion.
Eligibility
- Orders within 1 year of original purchase.
- Orders with a valid proof of purchase.
- Products purchased through lovecrave.com worldwide.
- Product purchased via authorized retailers within the United States.
- Products experiencing manufacturing defects at CRAVE's engineering team's discretion.
The Process
- Contact us with your order number and details about the trouble you are experiencing with your product.
- The CRAVE support team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue—it may be something we can fix via email!
- If the claim is valid, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, along with a prepaid shipping label for the customer to ship back their unit.

Upon received, the unit will be reviewed by Crave’s engineering team and, at its discretion, will either:
- Repaired the product defect at no charge, using new parts,
- Offer an exchange for a new product, or
- Replace the defective piece/part at no charge.
The Fine Print
- CRAVE only permits one claim per initial purchase.
- Units received without their RMA number cannot be processed.
- Products purchased by an authorized retailer outside the United States are not eligible. Please contact your retailer directly.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse or other than as intended and described in the product manual.
- Normal wear and tear, subject to Crave’s discretion.
- Tampering.
- Service performed by unauthorized service agencies.
- Loss or damage to batteries or removable parts.
