Eligibility
- Orders placed within 30 days.
- Orders purchased via lovecrave.com.
- Domestic (U.S.) orders.
Returns can be issued as either:
- Full product store credit, or
- A refund to the original form of payment, subject to a small recycling fee of 15% of product value.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Return Process
- Contact us with your order number and which product you'd like to return.
- If eligible, we will provide information on how to return the product.
- Send the unit back within 30 days.
- Once we've received your product, your refund or credit will be issued.
Returning the product
- Please include the unique RMA number—any returns received without it cannot be processed.
- Shipping costs back to CRAVE are covered by the customer.
- We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option.
- All returned items must include any original packaging.
About the recycling fee
Due to the intimate nature of our products, CRAVE cannot resell opened products, and this small fee helps destroy and recycle these units.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests for international orders at this time. This is something we are currently working to improve!
