Considerations for redeeming gift cards
- The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
- Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
- Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
- Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
- A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
Redeeming a gift card
When ordering on lovecrave.com, redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case-sensitive.
When redeeming a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the balance before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.
Checking a gift card balance
You can check the gift card balance by opening the link in the gift card email.
If you can't locate the email, contact us with your information, and we can resend the gift card email.
