Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to ship; however, this may increase during high-volume sales periods. CRAVE ships Monday through Friday, except for shipping holidays.
International Orders — Outside of the U.S.
Our delivery estimates do not include possible delays due to customs and more.
Additionally, orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged by the shipping destination. CRAVE is unable to collect these fees, so it is the customer's responsibility to fulfill the extra charge upon delivery.
If duties are not paid, the courier will dispose of the package, and we will be unable to offer a refund.
