We recently launched our Pleasure Guarantee that offers 30 day returns, 1 year warranty and 5 year coverage. This new policy allows us to support you throughout your time at Crave and any hiccups that might be encountered.

Within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy with the product you selected, you can either receive:
- Full product store credit to try a new product
- A refund with a small recycling fee (15% product value). Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot resell opened products, and this small fee helps destroy and recycle these units.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
More about our 1 year warranty:
All Crave products have a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects; it does not include cosmetic issues, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If you have a valid claim within the warranty period, Crave will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the product defect at no charge
- Offer an exchange for a new product, or
- Replace the defective piece/part at no charge.
More about our 5 year coverage:
If your product is not valid for our one year warranty, or is not within the warranty timeframe, we cover Crave products for 5 years after purchase. No matter the damage, we’ll provide a one-time 50% discount towards the cost of a replacement.
5 year coverage only applies to products bought on January 1, 2021 and onwards.
